The majority of TDG’s consultants have enjoyed successful careers in industry prior to joining our firm. Typically, they come from Fortune 500 companies such as Exxon, Dupont, Weyerhaeuser, Bethlehem Steel and others. All have held positions in the manufacturing arena, from first line supervisors to senior leadership where they directed thousands of people and oversaw billion-dollar budgets. They are men and women who still enjoy the challenges of assisting others in improving performance. They have worked the 11 to 7 shift; they have been confronted with the difficulties that every Foreman, Supervisor, Department Head and Plant Manager has endured.
